The business was founded and is headed by Rich Carr.

 

Rich is a Sydney based Bid Director with broad cross sector experience in Justice, Health, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Defence, Transport and Facilities Management. He has worked on and won numerous high value complex tenders and Public Private Partnership deals in the Australian market over the past 10 years, both as a Bid Director and Senior Commercial Lead. His knowledge of bidding in the B2G sector is as deep as it is broad and is based on his extensive commercial and bidding expertise and successes.

 

His wider experience includes leadership and management positions over 25 years across several industries, both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

 

Rich is a natural leader who builds and develops high performing teams while creating a supportive and collaborative culture. A skilled negotiator with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, he is an outstanding presenter able to convey enthusiasm and energy to a variety of audiences.
